JBC was started and owned by Abraham (Abe)Joseph, Jr., CEO. Mr. Joseph is retired from the federal government with over 35.5 years of service. He held the following positions:

• Deputy Inspector General for the Department of Navy in the U.S., Europe, and Middle East
• Systems Auditor with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA)
• Auditor with the Department of Army, Navy, and VA
• Accountant/Owner of AJ’s Accounting and Tax Service

Mr. Joseph holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting, MBA in Accounting and Finance, Master’s of Science in Personnel Management. He is a Certified Inspector
General/Evaluator, Certified Defense Financial Manager, Certified Government Financial Manager.

Mr. Joseph currently maintains a Top Secret/ SCI Clearance and is available for domestic and international assignments and opportunities.
